By accessing or using ArawaMail, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and API keys, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Workspace administrators control domains, mailboxes, team access, and billing.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use ArawaMail to send spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful content. We may rate-limit, reject, quarantine, or suspend traffic when reasonably necessary.
3. Domains and DNS
When you connect a Cloudflare-managed domain, you authorize ArawaMail to request and publish the email-related DNS records you approve.
4. Plans and billing
Plan prices and limits are shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise.
5. Content and retention
You retain ownership of content you submit. Inbox and sent messages remain until deleted, subject to storage limits. Transactional records follow plan retention periods.
6. Availability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, provider incidents, or abuse controls may interrupt access or delivery.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArawaMail is provided without implied warranties. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the three months before a claim.
