Does every plan include both products?
Yes. Every plan includes Business Email and Transactional Email. The plan determines your domain, team, storage, sending and transactional retention limits.
Will ArawaMail delete messages from my inbox or sent folder?
No. Normal inbox and sent messages remain available until you delete them, subject to your plan’s mailbox storage allowance. The listed retention period applies only to transactional email records.
Do I need a card for the Free plan?
No. You can begin on Free without entering payment details.
What happens when I exceed my monthly sending limit?
Pro and Business continue with per-email overage billing. Free does not include overage sending, so you will need to upgrade.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Choose the plan that fits today and move to a larger plan as your domains, team or sending volume grows.
